Andrew Kirshen Born in 1952 (married with 4 children) Andrew is currently living in Northwood, Middx. He joined Kershen Fairfax after leaving University College School in 1970, and qualified in 1975. In 1978, Andrew was appointed as a partner. Specialist skills include personal and corporate taxation planning, providing management advice on general business and specific projects. Assisting on acquisition and disposal of businesses. Personal interests include playing golf and cricket and taking the family to watch Watford FC. Duncan Hooper Duncan hails from South Shields on Tyneside and was educated at Queens College Oxford. Reading German and French, he graduated in 1974. He trained as a chartered accountant with Peat, Marwick and Mitchell (now KPMG), qualifying in 1978. After spells with various small and medium-sized firms in the London area, Duncan joined Kershen Fairfax in 1993, becoming a partner in 1997. He is the firm's audit and technical partner, drawing on many years experience of companies of all sizes. Duncan is also responsible for in- house management systems. Hobbies include spending time with his two daughters and assisting with governor's duties at a local primary school. Peter Bentley After leaving Bishops' Stortford College in 1965, Peter took up Articles in the City of London and qualified in 1971. Since then Peter has remained in Private Practice and over the years has gravitated towards specialising in helping small family businesses, inheritance tax planning and trust work. He joined Kershen Faifax in 1988. Peter is married to Julia (who also works in the Practice) and has a grown up family of Simon, Pippa and Nick. Peter's main hobbies are all sports.
